What are the payment options?

We accept most major credit/debit cards that are UK registered.

What is a security code?

The Security Code (or CVV2 number) on your credit/debit card is a security measure we require for all transactions.

Since a CVV2 number is listed on your card, but is not stored anywhere else, the only way to know the correct CVV2 number is to physically have possession of the card itself.

Most credit/debit cards have the three digit CVV2 number on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip.

Do I need to create an account before I can purchase?

Yes you need an account to make purchases. Registering is easy, all we require is a username, password and some basic details to get started. Alternatively you can login with your facebook account.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Once entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re enter them again for your next order.

Can you deliver on weekends/evenings?

Our normal delivery times are Monday - Friday between 8 am - 6 pm. If you are unable to receive goods between these times then please call us on 01525 377769 and we will strive to help.

Do your products carry a guarantee?

All of our products carry a years guarantee, some items also carry extended warranties.

Do you have a showroom?
