We can dispatch replacement parts for the large majority of the products we offer. If you are unhappy with the condition of your purchase please contact us on 01525 377769 (9.30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri) to inform us of how we can amend any questions/problems you may have.

To return one or more items please:

  • Package using the original bag or box your goods were sent in, if possible. If the bag or box is damaged please use a suitable alternative bag or box.
  • Call our customer services team on 01525 377769 (9.30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri) to arrange collection/change over of products

When we receive your returned items we will confirm receipt by email to you.

We will either dipatch a replacement product or credit your credit / debit card or E-Store credit as soon as your return has been checked and found to be in order. We will credit you by reversing your original transaction.

Items bought from the E-Store cannot be returned to stores.
